Return and Refund Policy

1. Returning Goods Without Reason

  • The cost of returning the item is covered by the customer.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days, sending the amount back to your original payment method.

2. Claiming a Defective or Damaged Product

If the item you received is defective or damaged, you are entitled to submit a claim within the legal warranty period of 24 months.

Claim Procedure:

  1. Send us an email at info@jachtar.sk, providing your order number and a detailed description of the defect.
  2. We will assess the issue and provide you with further instructions, which may include sending the item back for inspection.
  3. If required, return the defective product to:

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

According to the applicable legal regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items tailored to the customer’s request.
  • Hygiene products that have been opened and used.
  • Digital content or services that have already been activated or downloaded.
