DO YOU NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Did you order an item that doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, and you want to return or exchange it? No problem!


RETURN PERIOD

In accordance with Slovak consumer protection law 102/2014 Z.z., the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.

  • The withdrawal period is considered met if the buyer sends a withdrawal notice at the latest on the last day of the 14-day period.
  • The buyer is required to return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal, either by sending them back to the seller or by delivering them in person.

WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?

The buyer cannot withdraw from the contract in cases where the item is:

  • Customized or made-to-order (e.g., steel corsets tailored to specific measurements, modified items).
  • A hygienic product, such as underwear, stockings, bodywear, if the original packaging has been opened.

💡 Important:
For health and hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, stockings, and bodysuits can only be returned if unopened and in their original packaging.

🚨 ITEMS WITH SIGNS OF WEAR WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

  • Items showing signs of use (e.g., missing buttons, deodorant stains, perfume scent).
  • Swimwear without hygiene stickers if the packaging originally included them.
  • Corsets, bodysuits, and lingerie must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

1️⃣ Prepare the item

  • The item must be complete, including all accessories and documents.
  • Attach a copy of the invoice.
  • It must be clean, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The original packaging (e.g., for brands like Saresia, Belsira, Grey Velvet) must not be damaged, written on, or taped over.

🚨 Do not send items as cash on delivery (COD) or to a post office pickup location!

  • These packages will not be accepted.
  • Ship the item as a standard package or registered letter.

💡 We recommend insuring your package. The risk of damage during transport is borne by the buyer until the package is received by us.

🎁 Returning a free gift: If the order included a free gift, the buyer must also return it. Otherwise, its retail price will be charged.

DECIDED TO RETURN AN ITEM?

1️⃣ Mark the item on the invoice that you are returning.
2️⃣ Notify us via email or postal mail about your withdrawal from the contract.
3️⃣ Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it and issue a credit note.
4️⃣ Refunds will be processed within 14 days via bank transfer.

💡 If the original payment was made via a payment gateway, the refund will be issued through the same method.

🚨 After 14 days, returns will no longer be accepted!


ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. The Buyer-Consumer shall be entitled to use an alternative method of dispute resolution by contacting the Seller with a request for redress if they are not satisfied with the way the Seller has handled their claim or if they believe that the Seller has violated their rights. If the Seller responds negatively to such a request or does not respond within 30 days from the date of its submission, the Buyer-Consumer has the right to submit a proposal to initiate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) with an authorized ADR body. The ADR Bodies are authorities and authorized legal entities according to § 3 of the Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on the Alternative Dispute Resolution and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “ADR Act”), including the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or another relevant authorized legal entity listed by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic (the list is available at www.mhsr.sk). The Buyer-Consumer is entitled to choose the ADR Body to which they will turn. When submitting a proposal, the Buyer-Consumer shall proceed in accordance with § 12 of the ADR Act. The proposal must include the Seller's email contact: info@jachtar.sk. The ADR may be used to settle a dispute between a Buyer-Consumer and a Seller arising from a consumer contract.

10.2. Buyers-Consumers shall be entitled to use the online dispute resolution platform to resolve their disputes in the language of their choice. The Buyer-Consumer can use the ODR platform for the alternative resolution of their dispute, which is available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

10.3.
